Secure communications for cybersecurity incident and crisis management

Negotiated procedure: maximum budget €70.000

ENISA is continuing its efforts to contribute to cooperative response at Union and Member States level. One of the main objectives of this work is to support Information exchange and cooperation, cross layer and cross border between Member States and as well as with EU institutions.

As part of its effort, ENISA would like to conduct a study on secure communications that would help different stakeholders to make decision on what kind of tools use for secure communications as well as provide guidelines for effective use of secure communications for cybersecurity incident management.

This study should include at least:

-Overview of different communications types used in typical cybersecurity incident management process.

-Identification of existing gaps or issues in usage of secure communications.

-Recommendations for choosing the appropriate type of communication tools taking into account applicable technical and legal requirements.
